Therefore, public and private institutions play a vital role in the health care cost; hence, measuring the allocation of scarce health care resources within the United States healthcare system. The article further examines that allocation or resources within the classification of the healthcare system in the United States. Various issues have been discussed in the article in relevance to reimbursement system in the United States.
